Families Are Identified
We partner with local agencies and community organizations — including those serving families in poverty, children in foster care, and host families — to connect with those who need support most.
Our community partners know their neighborhoods. They refer families with genuine needs, and we work directly with them to understand what each family truly needs this Christmas.
Donors & Sponsors Give
Individuals, businesses, and corporate sponsors join Jeff in giving — contributing one-time or recurring gifts that fund Christmas presents, essential items, and Walmart gift cards for families.
Jeff has personally given more than $1 million over 25+ years. Now we're inviting others to join him — because we believe generosity has the power to restore hope and remind families they are not alone.
Volunteers Mobilize
Community volunteers show up on distribution day to help families shop and make the most of their gift cards. They are the engine that makes Christmas QB run — and anyone with a willing heart can join the team.
Volunteers sign up for shifts on distribution day. No experience needed — just a few hours and a heart for giving.
Families Receive Their Gifts
On distribution day, we meet families at Walmart and help them choose the gifts and essentials that matter most — with dignity, warmth, and the freedom to decide what their family truly needs.
Every interaction is personal. Volunteers are there to support each family with the same respect and care they'd want for their own loved ones.
